You keep the findings and the one-page recommendation whether or not we continue together. The diagnostic fee is due before work starts and is non-refundable once work has begun.

The performance component is calculated against the single agreed metric using the measurement source named in the recommendation. If the metric definition or tracking changes materially mid-engagement, both parties re-confirm the baseline in writing before the next invoice.
