Lowest Cost tells TikTok to get you as many results as it can while spending your full budget, with no cost ceiling that you set.

This is the default, and in the 2026 interface it usually shows up under the name Maximum Delivery. You hand over a budget and a goal, and TikTok spends every unit chasing the cheapest results the auction will give that day. You are not promising the system a target cost, you are just telling it to be efficient with what it has.

Say you set 500 rupees a day on a video views goal. TikTok tries to buy the most views it can for that money and keeps spending until the budget is gone. Costs float with demand, so a cheap day and an expensive day can sit right next to each other.

Cheapest available is not the same as cheap enough. Lowest Cost will happily spend the whole budget even as results get pricey, because nothing tells it to stop at a number, so your cost per result can drift up the moment you scale.

Great for finding the floor, risky when you need a guarantee.
