TikTok Ads Manager is the self-serve tool where you build, launch, target, and track your paid ads.
This is the actual workshop. You log in, pick an objective like traffic or sales, set who should see the ad and how much you want to spend, upload your video, and push it live. It also shows your results afterward: spend, clicks, cost per result, and which ad is pulling its weight.
For example, you can start a campaign aimed at website sales, tell it to spend twenty a day, aim it at women 25 to 34 in three cities, and drop in two different videos. Ads Manager then splits delivery, and within a couple of days you can see which video costs less per purchase and kill the other one.
Ads Manager makes launching easy, which is exactly the trap. The interface will happily let you spend real money on a badly targeted campaign with a weak video, and it does not warn you that your creative is the problem, so plenty of beginners burn a week's budget before noticing.
The tool is simple; spending well inside it is not.
