Amazon DSP

Amazon DSP is a demand-side platform that programmatically buys display, video, and audio inventory to reach audiences on Amazon properties and across the open web.

You, or a managed team, build audiences from Amazon's shopping and streaming data, then bid programmatically on inventory across Prime Video, Fire TV, Twitch, Amazon sites, and third-party exchanges. It runs whether or not you sell on Amazon.

You build an audience of people who bought a competing coffee machine in the last ninety days and serve them a fifteen-second video across Fire TV and connected TV apps.

The DSP is a separate platform with a spend floor. Managed service has historically required a large minimum commitment, so it is not where a small seller starts. A self-serve tier exists, but it is a different product from the sponsored ads console and demands real programmatic knowledge.

Amazon's ad data pointed at the whole internet, not just search.
