Dayparting

In one lineScheduling bids by time of day.

Dayparting schedules your bids or budgets to change by time of day and day of week.

You raise bids during hours that convert and cut them when they do not, so spend follows the clock. You run it through campaign scheduling rules or a third-party tool that adjusts bids on a timetable.

Your data shows sales peak on weekday evenings and die after midnight. You schedule higher bids from six to eleven at night and drop them overnight, so budget lasts through the hours that pay.

Native hour-by-hour bid control is still thin. Amazon's built-in scheduling is limited, so most precise dayparting runs on third-party tools; before you build a schedule, confirm you have enough hourly conversion data to trust the pattern, not one good week.

Spend when they buy. Rest when they do not.
